About Us

Dave Fenderson - Owner
Dave has been a home builder for the last 10 years as well as owner of HDC for 5 years. With his experience with home design and interior décor, he can help you with the entire building or remodeling project.

Adam Alexander - Electrician
Adam is a Maine Master Electrician and will assist you with electrical advice, installation of fixtures and landscape lighting, product selection and our other products. He has 10 years of on-the-job electrical experience.

Adrienne Ricci - Lighting Supervisor
Adrienne has a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts. She will help design the lighting and décor of your home, camp, cottage or condo. Her artistic background is very helpful creating a beautiful interior. With local Maine Artwork, lamps, small accent furniture, decorating accents, window treatments and lighting, she will make your living home a work of art.

Steve Wright- Flooring & Fireplace Supervisor
Steve has been building and designing cabinets for years. He recently worked shop that sold stoves, flooring and cabinets. He will help you with flooring, cabinets, window blinds. With his hands-on experience building new kitchens and baths, your project will come together beautifully.
